Blazblue*where one cannot simply spam their way into mordor*

As promised from my previous post I’ll cover some details on this unique 2-D fighter. This post will be more or less a review and some ingame advice for beginner players. Blazblue has the look and feel of its predecessor Guilty Gear but an emphasis on a core set of characters and a unique fighting system. The art style will definitely attract most 2-D fans while the simple fighting mechanics will be a definite plus to casual players. Blazblue may look like your cliche anime fighting game but behind that wall lies a great 2-D fighting game. Read the rest of this entry »
Hello everyone, new writer in the house. o.0
Hello everyone I have been given the honor to contribute to this site by Nautilus. I guess this is where I let you guys know what I am about and what I plan to be doing here. So I’m your typical gamer in college planning to go into medicine. On my free time I either hang out with my friends, play World of Warcraft, play games on my PS3, study for school, watch anime, or watch tv. I will be posting whatever I feel can help anyone who comes across this site learn something about video games, video gaming, gaming culture, current video game/video game company news. Anything that I get my hands on that seems interesting I will try to share it with the masses of mindless zombies (that being you
). As with anything you read on the internet anything that I may post should be taken with a grain of salt as nothing isinfallible on these interwebs.
I’m your new writer *edited and fixed due to racial concerns*

Yo I’m John I’ll be your new blogger who might write here occasionally maybe sometimes. Anyway I’ll be your source for fighters 2D or 3D and major RPG’s for the PS3. Next post will on Tekken 6 and I’ll probably do a BlazBlue post soon. Kbai
Back From the Dead! Also VGEXPO

Video Game Expo in Philly
So I’ve decided to revive this blog mostly just because I’ve freed up a good amount of time and I really want to see this blog become big. Most of my former staff have pretty much had their time stripped from them because of other responsibilities. However, I am always recruting new writers and moderators for the blog. If you’re interested in writing some articles for the blog, you can always e-mail me at lpemcee21ATgmail.com.
As for some more interesting new, I will be attending the VGXPO in Philadelphia this year. I’m REALLY looking forward to event as it should be very exciting and informative. I will be posting pictures and possibly some video from the event so be on the look-out!
Age of Conan Continues to Steadily Die

Another victim of the monster known as World of Warcraft, Funcom’s Age of Conan MMO has been slowly but surely dying since its release. Despite the hope that there could be a game to co-exist successfully alongside WoW, Age of Conan failed. In order to consolidate what few players still play the game, Funcom is merging servers across all its regions. The North American servers are seeing its twenty-five launch servers being cut to six. In Europe, their thirteen servers are going down to four, Germany is going from six to three, and the four French servers are going down to three.
Youtube Coming to Your TV’s Via Your Consoles

Wii Screen
Youtube is expanding. Google wants you to watch Youtube videos on your PC’s, Phones, PDA’s, iTouch’s, and now they want you to watch Youtube on your TV’s. Youtube’s venture onto TV’s is nothing new. They have been trying to get it to you for a while now. However, the service hasn’t really been widely adopted. Youtube on TV users have been limited to people with TiVo’s, Apple TV, and properly configured users with TVersity. Welcome to Youtube TV Beta.

A model shows a Nintendo DSi
Despite no official word from Nintendo, IGN has reported that according to many sources close to Nintendo, the newest iteration of the DS is set to hit the states sometime in April. Japanese audiences have been enjoying the Nintendo DSi since November and if the sales in Japan are any indication, there should be no reason the console won’t succeed overseas.
