Hello Again again cyber world. As I’ve told you all in my previous posts I am the proud new owner of GTA IV for Xbox 360. By farting around in the game I’ve discovered a few things that I thought you might like me to share with all of you. Please note: These are NOT cheats, I simply used the game physics to my advantage.
Okay, so you know how every time you cross a bridge you either need to pay a $5 toll fee or get chased by the police ( you know Johnny Law, Five-0, the pigs, the coppers, the po po, the fuzz, the cherry tops, etc.)??? Well, pay that fee no more without worrying about those pesky aptly named boys in blue. Its quite simple actually. All you have to do is wait for two (2) cars to be ahead of you in the toll line. Come up behind the second car slowly and then while touching his bumper F-L-O-O-R I-T!!!!!! This will push the car in front of you (the second car in line) into the car in front of it (the first car) causing him to “not” pay the toll and also break the barricade arm off. Continue to floor it and you will push the car in front of you through causing him to “not” pay the toll. Finally you cross the toll booth right behind the car in front of you. Enjoying causing a little havoc while holding on to the almighty dollar. I have tried this ten times. Nine (9) out of the ten times it has worked perfectly and one (1) time I had to pay the toll.
First, you need to jack a car. Then, you need to go to an ATM and cause a traffic jam to the area *IMPORTANT: Make sure that the intersection is completely jammed* . Now wait for someone to take money out of the ATM, then kill him or her. Make sure to block any nearby roads so the ambulance cannot get to the murdered victim. Take the money that they dropped on the ground. Then, run a short distance away, and go back. The money should have respawned on the ground. You can repeat this as many times as desired. You can also kill more people taking their money from the ATM to increase the amount of money that respawns. Told you it was easy lol
This one is simple and fun. If the vehicle you are driving breaks down and the engine will not start, call 911, and your engine should start again. Its that simple. This is great for when you are trying to outrun the cops and your driving skills suck so you crash into everything imaginable.
4) Get Your Very Own Statue of Liberty T-shirt
This is another easy one that involves no timing or skill at all. Go to the statue of liberty and walk up to the second level. Then, walk through the door (it doesn’t swing open, just go through it) and the game will load for a second and you will walk out with a new t-shirt with the statue of liberty on it. Easy enough right?
5) Two Bits
This one won’t help you get anything cool, but it is fun to do if you are bored and just cruising through liberty city. First, get any type of car and go to a large traffic jam. Then, use the horn to do the “Shave and a haircut” part of the tune and stop, one of the many other cars should do the “two bits” part. You gotta listen carefully because sometimes its done by a pedestrian instead! Cheap Thrills=Good Times.
6) See the Heart of Liberty City (No Joke)
This one is the handiwork of some bored and crafty game designers. First, you’ll have to have access to Happiness Island. Once you’re able to go there legally, find the Helicopter Tours (directly east of Happiness Island) and steal a helicopter. Fly to Happiness Island and over the Statue of Liberty, then hover around the statue’s feet. Next you need to jump out of the helicopter at the statue’s feet *WARNING: Make sure that you are really close to the platform or you will fall to your death*. You should land on the topmost tier of the statue, which is basically a square platform with a door in the center of each side. Run around the platform until you see a door with a plaque on either side of it that reads, “No Hidden Content Here.” It may seem like you cannot go through the door, but you can. It doesn’t open, you simply walk through the door. Inside, you’ll find an empty room with a tall ladder. Climb it, and when you reach the top, look up; there is a gigantic beating heart, held in place by chains. Unfortunately, you can not kill it (trust me I’ve tried). You can shoot it and it will bleed, but I couldn’t get it to stop beating. Just in case I did not explain this well enough here is a video that you can follow along with to see the heart yourself.
7) Map Locations
Here is a little something that is pretty cool. Do you want to know the locations for all weapons, health, armor, vehicles, pigeons, ramps/stunts, and entertainment locations??? Its quite simple actually. All you have to do is enter the website address www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com into the in game computers at Tw@t.

Now for all you bonafide cheaters out there I have some good stuff for you to. Here is a list of all the cheat codes for this game. You simply dial them into Niko’s cell phone at any time to get the desired effect. *WARNING: Using these cheat codes will affect missions and achievements.*
